Legal Representative Balkans - PROCTER & GAMBLE
Cerinte:
You will assist in planning, conducting legal research and providing legal advice. And you will also be responsible for the preparation of legal documents, compliance with contract terms, and be involved in handling relevant legal issues, corporate projects and lawsuits.
Among your other responsibilities will be:
•negotiating contract issues;
•negotiating with governmental and nongovernmental agencies;
•managing litigation;
•handling issues in advertising clearance and advertising disputes with competitors and state agencies logistics and warehousing, antimonopoly, employment-related and other civil and administrative legal matters;
•coordinating with other key functions within the Company on highly-publicized issues.
Oferta (bonusuri, beneficii):
•1-3 years of legal experience ;
•A bachelor's degree in Law is required;
•Exposure to Balkans countries legislations would be a plus ;
•Proactive and able to manage several projects and issues in the same time ;
•Very good communication skills ;
•Fluent in English
